Jesse S. Waldinger, the founder and principal of
Waldinger Associates, P.C., is one of the foremost medical malpractice
lawyers in the New York City area. A graduate of Columbia University
(earning Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees) and Brooklyn
Law School (where he served as an editor of the Brooklyn Law Review),
he has spent over thirty years representing victims of negligence.
While his practice deals with every type of medical misadventure,
he is particularly experienced in matters of brain damage and catastrophic
injury. He has frequently lectured to attorneys and students on subjects
related to medical negligence, and has served as Chair of the Medical
Malpractice Committee of the Association of the Bar of the City of
New York. An accomplished writer, his courtroom drama “The Knights
of Mary Phagan” has enjoyed several productions nation-wide.
Ellen M. Sundheimer joined Waldinger Associates
at its inception, following years of experience on both the plaintiffs’
and defendants’ sides of medical malpractice cases. Prior
to practicing law, she worked for over twenty years in the medical
field, thus bringing with her a wealth of insight into the practice
of medicine. Before graduating from the City University of New York
School of Law, she had been a tenant advocate for many years, lobbying
often in Albany for reforms of the New York City rent regulations.
A member of the New York State Bar Association, she has served as
the secretary of the Medical Malpractice Committee of the Association
of the Bar of the City of New York. |
